Frustrated and Angry, thanks to dial direct insurance....

I have never been so disappointed in my life...

After almost 2 weeks, 12 days to be precise my car is still sitting on bricks and the claim is still not finalized. I woke up to my wheels ******, put in a claim and after having been with dialdirect for 5 years without missing a single premium or reversing it back i was still made to wait for this month's premium to reflect before they could proceed with my claim.

12 days later, I'm still sitting with a car without wheels, i have sleepless night because i don't know if the people who stole might come back to take more parts or not. Dialdirect claimed they can't make a plan to move the car and every morning i wake up to this awful sight of my car sitting awkwardly ontop of bricks, damaged and all. I asked for a courtesy car as i have also been paying for it and after being read long Ts and Cs, I still didn't get the car. I have been stuck at the same place for 2 weeks, can't move or do anything yet i have insurance that i have paid every month without fail!!!!

Had it not been for this incident, i would have been getting a payback amount for being claim free on this policy next month and yet As loyal as i have been my matter is still not treated with urgency. I am really disappointed and let down by my insurance.
