From the moment I was a client with them to now, I have always been impressed by everything from the onboarding process till the end. I did not have to go to some place to do the inspection, it was done on the app which is very user friendly. I then was able to just keep tabs on my profile and policy on the app. I once forgot to switch off the lights overnight and the car wouldn't start. I used that battery service and the service provider called me within 2 minutes and the battery sorted in 30 mins overall. I am only moving because I got staff discounts with my current employer and ofcourse every dollar counts. Mota handled my cancellation and refund request professionally and most importantly he treated me with kindness and respect, like a real person, not just another retention. Big ups to all of you.
