Friendly, efficient, professional service given
I had called in to cancel my insurance policy with Dial Direct, I have always been happy with the service received. Faizel was extremely professional and in a very friendly manner assisted me with my request after first offering me a better rate. Thank you Faizel and Dial Direct,
