On 18 March 2017 I was involved in car accident with two SAPS (Police Department) and my car was declared a write off and Dialdirect said to repair the car will cost +- R53 000. they said they will give me R15 000, and take my car, and I refused. Then they said they are prepared to give me R6000 plus, I told them that I also want financial contribution from Police Department and they said I'm not allowed to claim from Insurance Company and from the third party. My point is Dialdirect should pay as amount that repaired the car is much less to what they estimated. The accident happened due to careless driving by a policeman.
I finally get a Panelbeater who repaired the car for +- R12 000. I have informed Dialdirect and ask them to pay and they refused.
