********** CLAIM OPENED

I was in a motor vehicle accident on Saturday 16 April 2020. Lucky no one was injured beside the two vehicles involved. I am very very extremely pist off with Dial Direct insurance. I have never phoned the insurance on Saturday, yet a claim was opened on my policy in my name??? no one from Dial Direct phoned me until yesterday after about 10 call backs, a lady said she will a manager to phone me early tomorrow (Tuesday 19/04/2022) well its 10:38 yet still no phone call from Dial direct I had to phone in and get answers on the mess dial direct caused on Saturday and they do is passing the buck not resolving my problem, keep through the POPIA act in from of me yet they let total strangers call on my behalf and act on my behalf even opening and registering claims in my name where is the POPIA act now????? Nothing they did on Saturday during and after till this morning when I phoned was in line with the POPIA act not with there policies and procedures. When I asked for the voice recordings I was told they don't have it they must first request it. They messed up did not follow there own policies and procedures now trying to run away and tell me I must wait 14 days for the assessor and another how many million days for them to fix my vehicle. this morning when I phoned dial direct I was told there procedure is that they will phone me as soon as they get anything ja well 3 days later and still no phone call from dial direct I had to phone to try sort out there mess. they have allowed a total stranger to open a claim on my name of which I had no say nor gave any approval. I would say this is breaching the popia act and also *****????? I have no choice to report a ********** activity on my policy.

only this morning after a lengthen phone call still with no answers to my questions or how they going to resolve their mess I was able to do the claim the right way.
