I want to report ********** activities by Dial Direct, at the begining of the month of August 2018 I took up an insurance policy with Dial direct. I then called First for women to cancel my policy with them, however thye gave me a best premium for retention.On the 2nd August 2018 I then wrote a mail to Dial direct informing them that will not continue with the Policy with them as First for Women has given a better premium. I then got an email from them stating that a consulted will be in touch with me, no one contacted me about my cancellation, the debit was supposed to be done on the 1st of September 2018. My account was debit by Dial direct but I did cancel the Policy hence I say this is ********** activities,
