Five weeks later, still waiting!!!
The accident took place on the 6 July 2021. The claim was lodged by your client (policy with Dail Direct Business Insurance) and I have been contacted by StraightThrough assessors. I have submitted all the required documents etc and to this day I have had NO FEEDBACK.
