Finally - an Insurance Company with Compassion!!

<p>Without boring anyone with the details, I have (for the first time) been absolutely shocked at the incredible service and compassion shown by an Insurance Company. Too often I have sat at tables with groups of people and joined in on the moaning and complaining when it comes to our insurance companies and how horrific they are! After many years of chopping and changing due to feeling unsatisfied and diappointed in all the insurance companies I have dealt with in the past, I was referred to Dialdirect by a close friend that was very happy with them, and I haven't looked back since. I have never had an insurance company GENUINELY care about what my needs are, and right from the beginning!! I'm not one to "sell" things onto people, but I know how much people struggle to find an Insurance Company that is actually compassionate and helpful and realistic, and Dialdirect is the ONLY one that has all these qualities in my opinion :)</p>
