Hi Peter hope you well....the car that I was using was involved in a car accident,the insurance written off my car .now now the tracker unit still in that car can Nester change it and put it in my new car.Also when I went to register the car they said I had warrant on my name so They want me to pay first and then they can product my license disc plz help
