Am very frustrated right now about the bad service I received from this company, First of all, my claim was decline and I requested the reason but I was send an email that doesn’t make sense to me, But my account is debited even after they decline my claim. How can you decline someone but you keep in debiting their account?

Secondly, on my process of claim, I was contacted by the person name Jan Wardeck who was assisting me with my claim.T hen after four days, I receive an email from Telesure I don’t even know this person requesting all the information about the accident.It took them two weeks for them to decline my claim and they send me a call between me and a consultant when I took the insurance telling me that’s the reason my claim its decline because of information I provided them but when I request them to send the reason for my claim to be decline they don’t mention that . After this experience, I requested that Jan send me all calls recording between me and him even today am still waiting for those calls that I requested on the 23 of October

Still confused with my claim been decline Jan send me an email with the address of where my car is just to find out that my car was not the I kept on calling him with no answer and even send him the email asking him where my car was but with no feedback.

Until I called the called and told them I will request a recovery from my tracking company and Dial Direct will pay for that recovery that’s when I got answers of where my car was. As if that was enough my car was marked with red markers and my bumper was removed and when my car left the scene the bumper was still in. Am asking myself if I will even get those call recording and as they continue debiting my account even though I didn’t get service from them. I wonder what will happen if anything happens to my car again my claim will be declined and they continue debiting my account
