Fast,friendly service
On the 30th of December 2014 our home was burgled. This being the first time something llike this happened to us, we were unsure what the procedure is that must be followed. Jogerah was the call centre agent who helped explain everything patiently to us and help us all the way through the claim process. She was really friendly and patient. We are also very grateful to Dialdirect for replacing everything we lost. Thank you.
