Fast and Friendly service

I was n a car accident on 23 Dec 2015. I called the call center. They were very efficient and in less than 15 min I had a towing company confirmed to tow the vehicle. The very next day (yes Dec 24th!) the assessor viewed the car and submitted it. I was called back on the Dec 28th and told the car was s****ped. They requested more documentation to make payment. I provided the documents early Jan 2016 and payment was made into my account the very next day.<br> <br> No mess no fuss and very friendly service from all parties involved.
