False advertising

These guys can hardly claim to be voted the number one product for 2018/2019. They are more *********** than anything else. They are quick to advertise "get cash back" if you drive well, but they fail to tell you that the regular driver also need to be the one paying the premium to be able to qualify, if the regular driver is not the policy holder, or the one paying the premium, then SORRY.....you don't qualify for the "cash back".

As i was advised by Wisdom,the consultant at Dial direct, the regular driver was also not registered on the app, so they have no record of the trips, even though there were 116 trips made and full record of all the trips on my online profile.

This is not the first time that i am questioning this "app" from Dial direct, as it clearly does not work as it should, and their staff has actually no clue how to read the information.

My biggest mistake joining this company.
