Failure On Request
Wow! I ask for an annual proof of insurance they forward me my policy schedule, twice - if I one day want to claim will I have the same frustration, my request is so simple I NEED AN ANNUAL PROOF OF INSURANCE THAT INDICATES THE INTEST OF MY BANK , WHY DO TOU SEND ME MY POLICY DOCUMENT???
