Failed communication.

Hi,<br> <br> This is an urgent matter as I am unable to use my vehicle without a petrol cap.<br> <br> My vehicle's petrol cap was lost during repairs by their service provider 'Auto Magic' and I have been trying to get it replaced since the 5th of June 2015 without any luck.<br> <br> I am hearing impaired and therefore cannot hear on the phone but they refuse to resolve the issue when someone calls on my behalf. They insist that they ask me certain questions which I am unable to hear.<br>
