I had an operation done and was discharged today from hospital. On my way back home my car packed up. I was in so much pain from the op and one call to the dial direct road assist line and I was home in no time. I firstly was panicking did not have airtime and was stranded in the middle of nowhere. I called the dial direct road assist line spoke to robin Phillips who offered to call me back as I was running out of airtime. She calmed me down and assured me that all will be well. She arranged for my car to be towed to my house in less than 15 minutes. She kept calling to ensure thatbi was still safe and to assure me that tow truckbis on its way. Indeed they came and towed me home and she still kept calling until I was home safe with my family. I'm blessed to have dealt with robin she certainly is an asset to dial direct. I hope dial direct acknowledges the good employees they have. Robin let this service not end with me. Pls do the same with all your other customers. You rock robin Phillips.
