It is not often that one reviews a business apart from when poor service is received. My review today is to confirm my satisfaction with the direct dial business. 2022 was a challenging year from house break-ins to load shedding disruptions. I feel comfortable saying that dial direct has been with me in those times. They are always knowledgable about their products, efficient with claims administration and compassionate in the claims process. Well done Dial Direct
