Extremely poor service

Companies like dial direct value added products department are a waste and a shame to black people who are really in need of help or there service, it takes them more than 7 days to process Tyre and Rim or scratch and dent claims and sometimes the claim gets rejected without a proper valid reason, black people beware of this company, it's just not for us only white people do benefit
