Extremely Bad Service

Dialdirect chose Automagic Bellville Panel Beaters to do repairs on my car. Up until now the car is not fully fix. Driver side mirror is loose, was not replace, window trim seal is broken was never replace. I've made numerous phone calls to Automagic Bellville. Was inform to contact the branch manager assessor for Dialdirect which i did. He said he'll phone Automagic Bellville to call me, that never happen. I then made another follow up call to Automagic to enquire if the assessor contacted them, nobody new what was talking about clearly the man did not do what he promised to do. I made another follow up call to the assessor, he told me the same thing. This is very bad service. Can someone please fix this mess.
