Extended warrenty not finalised

I signed up for an extended warrenty with them in March while my car was still under the manufacture warrenty and went through the whole process and finalised everything on my end. When I followed up with them on why there hasn’t been any deductions they said there is no record of me on their system and that they wont cover my car as full as previously stated as it is now out of the manufacture warrenty.
