EXCUSES NOT TO PAY CLAIMS

I'm sending this for the third time. I don't understand why my premium has increased. It's not my fault that you have bad apples within the company. Send proof of tracking device and it was never updated on your system. Secondly, I submitted a claim few months ago and it was declined hence I left Dialdirect. Your assessors checked my car and caused more damage. The samebissue I complained about is worse. I forwarded you an email from BMW that the damage might have been caused by the accident I had...and your assessors said the car is intact. ALWAYS LOOK FOR AN EXCUSE NOT TO PAY. The car is not intact...it has issues with the ambushes. I think you should cancel my cover because being with you is as good as being without a cover
