Excess over the repairs of pool caused by Tremor
On Feb 06 2016 we experienced a earth tremor and it damaged my swimming pool and from then i noticed water dropping through the days i monitored it and contacted dial direct, lodged a claim that took 3 days for feedback then i called in and was told Calvin Rix assessor was going to come through to see the problem i met him and he gave his response,i was told pool pals was going to come through and do tests then i was contacted by raymond from pool pals he had a terrible attitude and i complained then was told pool pro was the option,so they came out did tests and notified me that the aimflow has a leak behind the shell so they will repair.I was then contacted by calvin after a week and was told the damage is costing R2500 but there is a excess of R1500,so My point is my premium is R1200pm now a claim is R2500 and i am ****** paying 99% of this claim in that freaken case why don i pay full amount cash coz its no use having a insurance with you if i am paying almost full amount? The excess on R2500 should be around R500.Now i am told i must get another quote i mean i am damn busy to do this **** this is why i am paying insurance ****** every month.Sort this out NOW!!
