Excess not paid by Daildirect insurance

I have been waiting for my excess from Daildirect. I was waitng at the robot, when a truck swerved and hit me on the passengers side. Every time I call and ask for info or an update. They tell me that "Vasie" will contact me but I have had no feedback from her, I have called a countless number of times but it's been 4 months and my excess has not been paid back.

It's Amazing that they don't forget debit my account yet they forget to give feedback. They even **** and said the 3rd party was not insured, yet I knew for A fact that they indeed were.

I will not advice anyone to go with this insurance, they are untruthful, unreliable and will take your money and not pay you back. Run away, far away from this insurance.
