Exceptionally good service received

I was involved in a MVA on 16 December and called the dialdirect emergency service. That is literally all I did. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and phoned me back two or three times to inform me that the towing service was on it's way and to ask whether i needed medical assistance, whether I need any other assistance, etc. I don't know whether he called the police and ambulance service as I could not get through to 10111 but yet the police and ambulance arrived on the scene. I received sms confirming which towing service was on the way etc. I was taken to hospital and have not given insurance claims any thought as my recovery was of greater concern. To my surprise, I received sms confirming my car was with an assessor. Received a call from the assessor to advise the outcome a day later. A consultant then called me for details regarding the accident and provided me with the name and details of the person dealing with my claim. At each stage i was phoned and my claim was processed within two weeks, taking into account that we had quite a few public holidays in December. I am absolutely overjoyed and cannot rave enough about the service i received from the Dialdirect team. Whenever I was contacted, the staff were helpful and humane. I was treated with respect and everyone asked about my well being and and wished me a speedy recovery. Never before have I experienced or heard of such exceptionally good service, especially from an insurer because they always try to get out of paying claims. I will always be a Dialdirect customer and will recommend them to any and every one. Thank you Dialdirect, you guys are absolutely amazing!!
