Exceptional service from Nobuhle Nala❤️

I would like to commend Nobuhle Nala from the Liability/Claims Department for the exceptional service she provided on Friday.

I was following up on my third-party claim and like many times before. Instead of simply saying, “Your claim is still with Validation,” and leaving it at that, she actually contacted the Validation team herself to get a proper update and then came back to me with feedback.

I really appreciated the fact that she took the time out of her day to assist me and make sure I had a better understanding of what was happening with my claim. That level of effort and willingness to go the extra mile is something that deserves recognition.
