Exceptional service
I had decided to cancel my car insurance as the premium had increased without notification. I was transferred to Ridwaan in the Cancellations Dept. Due to his patience, politeness and competence he convinced me to stay by matching the premium offered by the competitor and keeping all my current benefits. Thank you for your excellent assistance.
