Exceptional customer service

I’m a dial direct client , recently I have been dealing with a consultant by the name of keke Dhliwayo . I would like to acknowledge the service I have been getting from her ever since i started dealing with her. This lady has an amazing work ethics and am 100 % sure that she is living up Dial Direct values with pride. She has been constantly giving me updates without me running after her , the overall process of the car repairs has been frustrating and long overdue but Keke made It so easy for me not to get frustrated about the delays , I felt like I was dealing with a friend who cares. Great service must be praised/acknowledged and Keke is one person who knows what is customer service and how to deal with a frustrated client. I hope all the other can learn from her. She put my interest ahead of hers and people like her are very rare to find in customer services centers , she is dealing with more than one client but she makes sure that all her clients get constant feedback/update which the repairer failed to do.

May you encourage her to carry on being as humble and dedicated as she is and not get tired. And this is one person who can help Dial Direct to retain clients and gain more client with her dedicated service and for all this please make sure she receives recognition for her work and am certainly sure there are lot of clients out there who received an excellent service from Keke.
