Exceptional and rare service

Reinette Combrink handled our claim in the most professional manner I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, upon commencing work, the appointed contractor realised that the damage to our roof was much more extensive than the visual assessment could have anticipated. Dialdirect paid us out a settlement value and later sent us a gift, expressing their heartfelt thoughts because we had been through so much. We are rarely impressed and have to acknowledge that this was a unique experience being made to feel that "the customer comes first" - a motto that Dialdirect really seems to embody.
