EXCELLENT SERVING AT DIAL DIRECT SA
We always Complaint when things go wrong yet Great things also happen in Our Lives , Dial direct appears to be the BEST I must say. When I say the best, I mean they meet or exceed expectations of theire clients
I have my Bakkie and Car covered by them since 2015 and my reason for sharing this is that I submitted two claims already which caused over 100k and I was impressed by the way they handled both claims.
They are not my 1st or 2nd Insurers that is why I know they are the Best. Anyone reading this having any Policy with them ,I am almost certain will agree ,
