Excellent Service Received at

I would like to commend the excellent service which I received from Jayrad Visagie a few weeks ago. <br> <br> I had contacted Dial Direct to change details on my policy as I had just taken out a policy and was about to take delivery of my first brand new vehicle. <br> I called in amend details on my policy which I had just activated. I required the information to be effected immediately. This being the first telephonic interaction to amend my newly instated policy.<br> <br> Jayrad took time in ensuring that all the requested information had been updated and corrected in a pleasant, professional and friendly manner.<br> He certainly went the extra mile, by contacting me back, and ensuring all requested documents were received and ensured that I was happy with the changes made. <br> <br> Definitely a good mentor for the company. I do hope that he does get the necessary appraisals for the service that he gives to his client because it is certainly at his best and a 10 out of 10 at that!<br> <br>
