Excellent service Mr Louis Meyer

<p>I had a claim submitted and had some interactions back and forth without any resolve. It was quite a frustrating time. When Louis called me, he was willing to listen and resolve the matter, even though I wasnt completely patient and felt hard done. He was not prejudiced to all on my prior venting on the matter and resolved it quite well and made me feel as if I was the only customer they had at dial direct, and assisting me was their sole job. Wow.</p> <p>Thank you for treating the customers as such, that no matter how big or small our policies are we matter.</p>
