Excellent service from claims department.

I'm writing this review to show my appreciation to dial direct claims department. My car was ****** last month. I contacted the call Centre and was advised to log a claim on the app. The following day a lady contacted me and said she has made arrangements for my curtesy car at europcar. And few days passed and I was starting to get frustrated then Dimakatso Sootho contacted me to find out how I was doing. And she explained the process going forward. WHAT A WONDERFUL LADY. She introduced me to Mr A Maharaj who was the assessor for my claim... He came to meet with me and he did his assessment. He did his assessment truthfully and was not looking for every excuse to deny my claim... Polite, professional and showed empathy for the loss of my car... Thanks claims department and special thank you Dimakatso and Maharaj. Oh I nearly forgot my claim was paid out. .
