Excellent service from claims

I am impressed with the service I have received from dial direct. I had an accident in October just 2 months after joining this insurance and I requested for tow assistance using their app and the response rate was amazing, they started calling me within seconds! And in no time the towing company was there!

I logged a claim with dial direct but I was panicking that they would reject my claim due to the bad reviews I’ve read from hello peter so I thought my case won’t be any different! But my claim was approved within a week and my car was fixed within a month! Now that’s excellent service right there!

Oh and the monthly pay back is real! When I joined I thought arg here’s another **** but it’s not! I’ve been getting descent money back every month!

I would give you a 5 Star but I just want to leave room for disappointment!
