Excellent service from Call Agent
I received a letter from Dial Direct re my annual premium review and I felt that the increase was to high for my profile. Joslin review this and adjusted my premium downward. This was done in a professorial and very friendly manner . thank you Joslin for your excellent service highly appreciated.
