Excellent service after bad car accident
I was involved in a very bad car accident. When my vehicle was towed away I was not able to remove some items from my car. The dialdirect call center directed me to the yard in Cape Town to remove my items. When I got there the three named dialdirect employees assisted me in locating my vehicle and in removing the items that I was looking for. At no stage did they require me to hurry up or where rude to me but rather assisted me way beyond their duty.
