EXCELLENT SERVICE

I would like to compliment Dial Direct again on their service. My daughter was recently attacked, injured and her vehicle hijacked. We dealt with Keegan Mohamed in the claims department. He was efficient, kind and considerate and gave us such excellent service that I would like to commend him for this. We dealt with one or two other staff members too who also gave very good service. I particularly mention Keegan for his caring service at a time when we had so much else to deal with in a negative situation, that it was a real comfort to deal with him. The company is fortunate to have such staff and we have only had positive things to say about all those staff members we have come into contact with in this instance.
