Boitemelo went the extra mile in attending to my claim for a suspected lighning damaged IMAC. the repair center did not notice any burnt or damaged components on the Imac which would have normally rejected the claim. Boitemelo discussed the issue with her Manager and explained the circumstance for the claim and they agreed to settle.<br> Thank you for going the extra mile, a real credit to Dial Direct.
