I queried the increase on my vehicle insurance which seemed rather excessive. I was promptly contacted by a call centre representative who reviewed my policy and quoted me an excellent alternative. All of this was done telephonically and within a matter of minutes I had my amended policy e-mailed to me. Well done Dialdirect - excellent, professional and efficient service !
