Excellent service

I would like to comment about excellent service that I received from Zama Mkize at Dialdirect Service Plan department, she kept on updating me about authorisation of my claim, I was so frustrated after I had some hiccups about the claim but she managed to work on the issue and gave me a positive outcome.
