I had requested to be contacted by a consultant in order for me to make changes to my policy, Rinolen called me back from the word go he was friendly, proactive making the whole experience pleasant, He really made it easy for me to be kept informed of all the relevant steps he took and more importantly for me to consider all the changes I called for as done... Dial Direct/Telesure definitely needs more consultants like him..
