EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
We recently experienced a break in at home whilst my son was in the house. Thank God he was not injured and also that my daughter was not at home during this time. I was assigned a consultant who assisted in the authorization and payout from the insurance company. She personally came to my house and spoke to my kids who relayed the happenings in detail and she was so understanding. With the ordeal my son underwent she even revisited my home to drop him off a present for being so brave during the break in. She showed that there are good people in the world trying to make a difference no matter how small. My son and I truly appreciated the gesture.
