Excellent Customer Relations

<p>After a traumatic incident of losing a phone and money on a weekend, I called dial direct and submitted my claim. The efficiency of the advisors was close to none I've experienced in South Africa so far. Absolutely brilliant in empathy, sincerity, and turn around time. Literally 24hrs I knew whether declined or approved. Most importantly when I asked for options, the advisor called back in 5min as promised with options.
