Excellent and efficient service

<p>Over the last few days I have had the misfortune of being in a city 300 km away from home with a car which wouldn't start.<br />I contacted Dialdirect – my insurance company - and have been thoroughly impressed with the excellent service received to rescue me from my situation. Within 10 minutes of my call, a response vehicle arrived to jump start my vehicle. This happened three times in two days and each time the Dialdirect call centre and the responding service company were outstanding in their assistance.<br />Dialdirect kept me up to date with letting me know what company would be attending to my problem, the name of the driver and the registration number of the assisting vehicle. They followed up a short while later to find out if the assistance had arrived and afterwards to find out if the service had been carried out.<br />A big “Thank you” and “Well done” to Dialdirect Insurance, Auto Recovery East London and Algoa Towing and Recovery East London.</p>
