Enough is enough!

As a very unsatisfied customer I want to make time to tell my story:
My brand new car was in a vehicle accident on 2 February. After making a claim with DialDirect on the 3rd I received a hire car which was arranged through the insurance. My car was towed in for repairs to Renew It based in Randburg.
For about two weeks I received no feedback, when I wanted information (as the paying client on my expense) I had to make phone calls between the insurance and the panel beaters. Finally the claim was approved (on the 17th - 15 days later).
As any person would understand - some things are just out of your control - we had to await parts for the car. This process took forever. The car then moved into the disassembling point but to my surprise to disassemble a front part of the car (bonnet and front panels) takes more or less two weeks...
According to the 'self-help service website' that you can track the current situation the car would be fixed by the 14th of March (more than a month later). As I had to phone (at my expense) again to find out what the situation is - it was said that the repairs are still on-going and that they are preparing the car for spray painting. (Another week passe
