Efficient service

I contacted your Home Assist call centre today requesting assistance from an electrician. The call centre agent Eric, texted me within minutes after arranging a contractor, and then phoned to ascertain whether the contractor had contacted me. The electrician arrived an hour after I rang the call centre, and a while later Eric from the call centre phoned again to check that the contractor had been here.
