early payment deduction

i joined Dial Direct on the 4th of June 2015. The gentlemen arranged for no adminastrative fees to be deducted this month.<br> also arranged a deduction date of the 20th of every month. Deduction fee plus adminastrative fee was deducted on the 9th of June 2015 without warning.<br> Dial Direct made me feel like they can take MY money just when they want to.. <br> for someone that gets paid on the 20th of each month, the 9th is the last week of the month... Dial Direct basically took the last money I had out of my account.<br> I dont even know why im with Dial Direct.<br> i mailed complaints at [Email Removed] and i spoke to a consultant and no one botherd to come back to me<br> i have to say WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!<br>
