Duration of a claim to be finalised
I would like to know how long does it take to finalize an accident claim, I was involved in a accident on the 29th Nov 2024, phoned to make an accident claim on the 30th Nov 2024, assessment was the 2nd Dec 2024, and the claim has not be finalized yet.
I would like to know how long does it take for a claim to be finalised? And the person who's dealing with my claim is Portia Sibisi.
