Dont Dial Direct

Don't use Dial Direct Insurance. Having had telephonic and written proof of cancelling my policy they still deducted monies for a car I no longer have. Manager was hardly apopolgetic at all and informed me it would take 6 days for my monies to be returned!!!!!! I requested a transcript of the telephone call as I specifically asked if my Jan premium would be deducted and was told NO. I feel that if theft. No compensation and hardly an apology, not a way to treat a loyal customer.
