dont care about reasonable customer requests

3 years ago I had a vehicle that diadirect sent to Renew it in Edenvale to repair. They made a total mess of it and after 3 attempts and much frustration to broke promises the vehicle was sent to another panel beater for rectification.<br> <br> I was involved in another accident this week and directly requested Dialdirect not to make use of Renew it again.<br> <br> What does Dialdirect do? you guessed it they have sent my car to Renew It again!!!!<br> <br> Now I know dialdirect has the right to make use of any service provider they deem fit. But know this.<br> <br> By totally disregarding my request you have told me you don't care a dame about my feeling and will do what suits dialdirect and only dialdirect.<br> <br> BUT you have to get the car to the condition it was before the accident. Trust me I am going to be the most pedantic customer out and will be inspecting the work each step of the way.<br> <br> Your actions have also told me you don't want me as a customer. I will therefore be making other arrangements and soon you will not have me as a customer.
