I had 9 valid trips which totaled 25kms. One of the trips resulted in a single red star because I decided to drive 1km at 11pm. This is ridiculous, all my previous trips are 5 stars and only required one 1km 1-star trip to throw my monthly average out. I tried reaching reaching out via Facebook numerous times and received the same auto response yet no one reached out to me.
